This recognition, obtained thanks to the reviews left by our customers, fills us with pride. The score of 9.1 that was awarded to us is one of the highest among the structures in the city of Ancona.
This award gives us the awareness of having offered a valid and appreciated service. The reviews of our guests have highlighted the impeccable cleanliness, the abundant and satisfying breakfast, and the comfortable and welcoming rooms. The location of the guesthouse was considered excellent. Furthermore, you have always considered us available to respond to your requests, and many of you have found the agreements that we have activated for parking useful.
We are aware that some customers, very few to our relief, have not been completely satisfied, due to some misunderstanding or small mix-ups. We have listened to their criticisms and from each observation we have learned to improve and do even better.
